We were particularly impressed by how naturally the children were included in the experience. Everything was explained to them in great detail and in a way they could understand, and it was clear that “Today’s children are tomorrow’s customers” isn’t just a slogan here—it’s truly put into practice. The entire team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and customer-focused. We felt completely at ease and had a great day on the water. Great boat with a slide and a sun deck. The gas grill works great, too. The booking process was smooth and easy, and I was able to book online. I can tell you that everything went perfectly, from the booking to returning the raft. Silvio, the instructor who was there, was really great. He explained everything really well and helped ease our nerves a bit. He even gave us his number so we could call him if we got into trouble. Great rental. Great tour, great people.
